Image Cropper

Image Cropper is an image editor that allows you to edit and adjust your images very easily. The program enables you to crop images, selecting the desired size, output format, filename, add frames, watermarks, and captions.

Although the program is intended to crop images, it also enables you to make other adjustments like invert colors, use monochrome and sepia, and it also enables you to rotate, invert, and mirror images horizontally. There are also other options that allow you to customize text, watermark, border colors and area, frame setup, to name but a few. The program also offers multi-monitor support. Unfortunately, the user interface isn't very attractive and it is a bit confusing, but not extremely difficult. A few minutes using the program will suffice to learn how to use it.
Another drawback is that it doesn't include effects nor allows you to adjust brightness, hue, saturation, contrast, etc.
In short, Image Cropper is a handy application that not only will allow you to crop your images, like its name suggests, but will also allow you to edit them in different ways, and best of all, it is completely free.
