Unfortunately, the user interface isn't very attractive and it is a bit confusing, but not extremely difficult. A few minutes using the program will suffice to learn how to use it.
Another drawback is that it doesn't include effects nor allows you to adjust brightness, hue, saturation, contrast, etc.
